We are meant to grow emotionally and spiritually we truly need to evolve to find peace. When we are ready we will take the steps to change usually it requires a hand or a bridge at different junctures of the journey.
Julia is looking for the pattern that is causing suffering and is committed to giving her clients tools to reconnect them with their spiritual core, emotional wellbeing and relational life. Along with Sufi methods of healing she has integrated inner child work, attachment theory and her own insight to approach healing in a direct and simple way.
BEGIN that's the first and most powerful step.
Julia’s approach to healing is integrative and rooted in Sufi spiritual and energetic healing practices. We are looking to the root of things why an obstacle or suffering continues to surface in your life. We know where our work is by the obstacles that are in our path. Sufi teachings in the most Simply words is to live from the heart not the mind. Life is progressive, what that means is things that worked when you were 16 or 25 do not work for us when we are 35 or 50 if we don't do the work and discipline our mind life gets wrought with addiction and different sufferings.. Difficult things happen in childhood to most everyone, some events more intense than others yet our destiny is not to remain a victim to our past it is to integrate and make peace with history so we are truly living in the now. Ultimately it is to heal, God willing.

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don't go back to sleep.
You must ask for what you really want.
Don't go back to sleep.
People are going back and forth across
the doorsill where the two worlds touch.
The door is round and open.
Don't go back to sleep.

Sufism is the path of the heart returning us to our oneness our innate divinity. Sufi Healing is about addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the human being and spirit. This ancient wisdom originates from the mystical side of Islam and offers us a combination of spiritual awakening, meditative practices, and timeless healing techniques, all aimed at liberating us from suffering. By attuning ourselves to a higher existence beyond our limited individuality, we inshallah, create a connection to a grander universe, embracing our spirituality and discovering ultimate truths. In the words of the Sufis, what hits us could not have missed us.
